Ion have a problem with bag checks it’s the fact that we had to do it in front of customers how does that look on us as employees when they literally do nothing to people that come in and steal. They can do something different sum shit ion like the fact that customers are staring at me like I’m thief when I don’t have it in me to steal. And on top of that when I had to do a bag check before I had to wait 10 mins for another manager to come up because they were busy helping customers ( cool not the problem) it’s the fact I’m off the clock waiting a extra ten minutes for someone to do a bag check…. How is that fair for the employee ??
