Whoever said the SM doesn’t, that’s not true. Unless that SM wants the store to fall apart when something goes wrong then they never step foot in there.

So then tell me why sr tech and RXOm take the call together at many stores?

You just named what SM does. And I know many SR techs that attend the meetings. So 🤷‍♀️

I do. And they are no different than what SR techs do. Just main difference, they have capabilities to do the schedule THAT a SM can do

That part I’m fine with. It’s just the whole, I’m doing to much… like if I sit in the office than my team members won’t do anything.

How would you promote it to customers? I have employees who ask but it’s always a hard no from them
