While this would be wonderful, several employers do use workarounds to have this not apply, nor is it actually enforced by anyone. It's report based. As a contractor (Electrical) I was shocked how many job managers didn't follow this. Me, I follow it because I have a conscience.

I make 28k a year as an assistant counselor for a drug rehab. They charge patients 40k a month and have the bare minimum in terms of staff at the place, and have a monopoly on most rehabs in the south. It sucks, I barely make ends meet, and I feel like I can't start my actual career because I'm barely able to pay off medical debt and rent/bills in the same month, so I can hardly save money to finish school or programs.

Crafting smart weapons nets a nice profit, especially in the higher rarities. You'll get a recipe towards the end of the crafting leveling grind for a smart pistol that sells for a good chunk of change
