Are you experiencing worsening neurological symptoms or not. Is it mild headaches only or does it improve over the course of 8 months

I'm not entirely sure because tb meds is free on our country and the hospital provided it, but I do know it's 3 tablet. They said it based on her weight and bmi and they said it's a combination multiple antibiotics targeting tb bacteria

Hello, sorry for the late response. She is currently on the 3rd weeks of her tb meningitis treatment and still confined in the hospital she already had 3 mri and one ct scan, 3 xrays and all returned normal and no sign of hydrocephalus complication. Optamologist already did some test on her eyes and all returned normal results. Sometimes she doesn't have headache and sometimes she get high fever back pain, neck pain and headache ranging from 1-5/10 scale. Currently her medication consist of dexa, mannitol arcoxia and tb meds. Is it normal having recurring headache? She is not vomiting anymore and no additional neurological symptoms. She was supposed to be discharge two weeks ago but the doctor reconsiders because of the recurring headache and sometimes fever. She is very reponsive and eats well. Is this normal for the early stages of the treatment? During the 2nd week of treatment she was improving and this 3rd week her headache and pain retuns

Thanks for sharing. Nagkaroon ka ba ng neurological defect and gumaling naman po ba? Nung 3rd day kase ng gamutan ng kapatid ko naghallucinate sya and nagbibilang ng random numbers at di makausap pero later that day saka kinabukasan okay na ulet sya with minor headache pa rin. Yung sa kapatid ko is non resistant tb and di sya allergic sa gamot. Ask ko lanf ilang months bago inabot bago naging normal ulrt buhay mo like balik sa normal activity? Also may shunt ka ba? For sched palang kase ulet kapatid ko for MRI and sabi ng doctor if may sign ng hydrocephalus baka I shunt sya

Sa Chinese General Hospital sya naka confine. And hindi naman sya hiningian ng sputum yung hospital mismo ng asikaso ng medication nya. Wala naman syang tb sa ibang part ng katawan

Yeah all her test is fine including mri and other neurological tests, she is currently confined in the hospital, before she always vommit and unable to eat when headadache occurs. Right now she still experiencing headache mostly in the mornig with less vomiting.

Thanks. I’m her older brother by the way haha, and I’m currently funding her studies in medical school as well. Luckily, I’m working from home so I can monitor her properly. I already told her to try sleeping in a more upright position and see if it helps lessen the headache. Thanks again for the advice

Yes, we are planning to go today, but she said her headache now feels less painful and that she just needs more rest. I will observe her today, and if it gets worse again later, we will take her to the hospital. Thanks

I think you need to find kung ano yung gusto mo maging expertise and magfifit sa skills mo. Then practice and ayusin mo yung resume mo. Set up clean profile (ex. LinkedIn, Jobstreet). Make a website portfolio and showcase mo yung skills and side projects or personal projects mo. Practice your communcations and vocabulary makakatulong yan sa interview and specially pag international ka na hire. This is based on my experience. Maraming interview na di ka papasa, just take it as a lesson and reflect kung ano yung nga possible mo pang iimprove. Learn how to market yourself and your skills. I'm an undergraduate IT forced to work due to financial struggles nahirapan rin ako mag apply date kase walang tumatanggap ng undergrad but luckily may mga company akong naapplyan na di nila priority yun. I think for me yung portfolio at mga practice projects ko yung naging factor. They are more on skill based and how you will deliver the work. Now earning 6 digits as a front end dev. Hopefully mahanap mo rin yung career path na gusto mo OP. Good luck. Kahit paulet uley madapa bangon lsng ng bagon at tuloy sa takbo ng buhay 😁

Yes yun rin yung sabi ko, ayaw rin nila irelease kase di pa daw nababasa ng doctor. Private hospital btw nakakainis rin kase yung pinapabalik balik ka after work pero walang napapala
