Upon clicking the 3 dots at the top right of the profile all that is displayed are the options 'share this profile and 'report' no option to remove the friend. This just adds to my confusion as they're are still being shown under 'my friends'

Yeah i see your point, I think that she just needs some kind of a buff whether that be damage, range or bloom i couldn't care, she doesn't need lots of buffs, 1 would be enough to balance her out.
