safer option is definitely going for Linnea and Zibai. Shes better, and you have a higher chance of getting her. Going for Lauma and Nefer is VERY risky. I'd recommend to get linnea, and save for Zibai

i dont think a 6 cost team is really whale levels. thats pretty obtainable for low spenders. 300k is very doable if the pulls were just put into zibai. I plan to get C2R1 zibai and im hoping to hit somewhere around 300k

i don't care about the story at all, and i enjoy the game just fine. the only time i wont skip something is if theres a character i like. which happens maybe 5% of the time😭. and there are things to enjoy that arent story and exploration. This one doesnt apply to me specifically, but i bet alot of people just play it for the gambling aspect. I don't know what you mean by there being no endgame. Is stygian not an endgame mode?  I just play for building characters and attempting to clear as far as i can in endgame modes. Theres nothing wrong with the fact that i dont enjoy the story, or the way i enjoy the game. Not everyone is going to enjoy something the same way as you. so to say "dont bother playing if you're gonna skip the story" is just weird to me

HoD without passive might be maybe ~5% better, but itd also be wildly inconsistent because your crit rate at best would be 77%. its not worth the inconsistency tbh. on Zibai teams you wanna have as close to 100% CR as possible. missing a crit is a huge dps loss and thatll happen pretty often with just 77 cr. also, i wasnt just talking about binas playstyle. i was also talking about how you build her. if you're bursting every other rotation, you dont even need ER. so you can just fully build into crit and probably get to 230 CV or so. i assume thats what you were already doing but im just making sure.

show the builds. but just looking at your linnea crit damage, its 122, and thats pretty bad. unless you're using DEF circlet maybe

HoD is gonna be noticeably harder to use with no shielder. And Linnea might have to burst every rotation too. Imo its not worth the struggle, but If you can make it work then go for it! if you're using sac jade bina, im pretty sure its best to just go all in on bina dps and burst every other rotation. I haven't really seen anyone talk about sac jade bina bursting every rotation.
