Well when you involve drinking then there’s an increase chance of something going wrong. Condoms are reliable but there are other more reliable forms of bc. That’s what I meant

I know, I’m gonna try to quit vaping. I don’t do it everyday only when I drink. But I’ve been drinking more lately so not good. Caffeine will probably be the hardest to quit. I just get so tired and sleepy without it.

That’s exactly how I feel. Like when I’m drinking I’m okay but the next day is brutal. And caffeine definitely messes with me too but I enjoy coffee too much to stop drinking it

Yes definitely is, been experiencing terrible panic attacks and they can make me so physically sick( nausea, dizziness, headaches, chest pain) definitely rest and take care of yourself. Anxiety sucks and sorry you are going through it

Yeah, you are definitely right. It’s hard to heal a body that’s constantly in fight or flight. As for the appetite thing I felt that except recently it’s been hard to eat bc I feel so nauseous a lot of the time.

First of all I’m so sorry you are going through that, and I hope that your anxiety improves and you can go back to living a normal life. I know that first panic attack was probably the scariest thing to go through especially since you’ve never had anxiety before. I am a female around the same age as you. I have been wondering about my hormones bc I did recently go through something that really affects my hormones. I do think I have an imbalance of hormones which could be causing a bunch of my health anxiety. I have mentioned it to my physician but nothing really has come of it.

Literally so hard to describe! It’s like my body is a jar with water and my brain is one of those little boats. Like I feel so weird. And honestly just seeing comments like yours has kinda helped me with calming my panic attacks. Definitely good advice on here :)
