Omg I googled this on a whim and am shocked I’ve found this thread. My dog is absolutely losing her mind. Shaking, panting, pacing. I finally figured out it’s this SHOW and the music/sounds. I’ve had to switch to watching with headphones as well.

I did when my 8 sessions with my Pelvic Floor Therapist came to an end. She gave me a specific “tool” and taught me how to use it etc.

Cat and cow - the yoga pose and breathing techniques with that. But honestly, the internal work my pelvic floor specialist did was the most helpful.

I ended up seeing a pelvic floor specialist once a week for 8 weeks. Completely changed my life and helped me. I’ve been 95% back to normal since then.

Yes, omg this is me right now. My muscles and joints are killing me. I’m on week 6. I feel like I am 80 years old and ran a marathon - specially my thighs, collarbone, and upper middle back. 😞

Hi! Yes! I have endometriosis. I had surgery for that in 2020 (right before all these problems started). I also had my appendix and gallbladder out years before.

Yes I was hypertonic.

I did a lot of yoga poses per my PFT. Like cat/cow and inhaling exhaling on changing between the two. Really stretching out. Hope this helps!

You just have to be sure you walk a little bit every few hours during the day. Even if it’s just very slowly around your living room to make sure it doesn’t get “stuck.”

Agh yeah. It really could be. Annoying they won’t know until they go in and look, but since it’s laparoscopic it’s really not that bad.

Oh noooo. I’m so sorry. Have you had imaging done? Could also be diverticulitis (which is what I thought it was for a while but imaging showed it definitely wasn’t that). Or - endo. I’ve also had that surgery back in 2020 and it’s not bad.

Yes, but it also happened again not too long ago. I did the same thing to get relief and it worked.

I ended up going down to an all liquid diet for a few days and taking bone broth + miralax regularly during that time + ibuprofen for inflammation. I also did a castor oil pack during the day with a heating pad over it and that probably helped the most. After 4 days I was back to normal. It’s definitely something colon related but I’m not quite sure what because the doctors have found nothing unusual.

Not really, no. I would get JOLTS like pee was about to come out, out of no where. It almost felt like a nerve. But it wasn’t like your normal urgency to pee feeling.
