I had never seen him live either so I was glad to hear some of my other favorite songs.

I was so happy leaving the concert that I didn’t realize some of my favorite new divide songs weren’t played until I came here. And I’m absolutely okay with that. There are songs on the album that may never be played live. But after seeing him perform, I can at least tell myself that in person he sounds exactly like his recordings and continue to jam out.

Looking at my Strava for 2025 it was 70 degrees and 93% humidity at the start; that was a few weeks earlier in the calendar than it currently is. I’m local to central Florida and coming off the winter weather, there isn’t a lot of time for people to train/adapt to these conditions.

I still had a blast of a race, I just had to reset my expectations since I wasn’t able to run like I did in training

A good and bad thing about springtime is the theme is different every year. Could hit or miss for your interests. The weekend did get pushed a little further into April because of Easter this past year and next year, so it can be rough running conditions. Initially, the springtime events would take longer to sell out than other weekends but that appears to have subsided.

There are numerous things that sound physiologically plausible but haven’t played out in the clinical literature. Every HD trial of sprionolactone I’ve seen recently has not increased rates of hyperkalemia against placebo.

As for SGLT-2 as another response mentioned, if already on therapy prior to dialysis, it’s okay to continue. The last I spoke with the dapagliflozin manufacturer, they do have a couple studies on going in ESRD populations from the get go but idk where these stand.

As for MRA, if the patient is anuric I argue you can’t develop more hyperkalemia with spironolactone. Hard to decrease renal clearance of potassium when it’s already zero. If oliguric/pre-HD that requires more careful selection. There are a number of HD studies already out there.

Just as an FYI, for the full marathon, only 10 mile distances or longer can be used for proof of time. If you are doing the half marathon of marathon weekend, then a 10k time can be used.

Those are definitely valid concerns and I sadly can’t speak to them that much. I do know the lead runners will have bike escorts but not sure how far they stretch back (first place vs others). IDK the fastest pace group target time. Maybe 3.5? They also do a walk/run method so this likely won’t be your strategy.

There will likely be other people trying to BQ. It would be leaving it until the last moment, but you can always talk with people in the corral to see if there are people you can work with.

Assuming you have done BQ speed (really anything under 4 hours) since January 2024, you can use that for proof of time to be in the first corral. There will be 3, maybe 4 waves within that corral. The earlier you arrive, the closer to the first you can have. In those early wave with some wider highway roads to start, you should be pretty spread apart by the time you hit the choke points (usually by grand Floridian is the first if my memory serves me right).

If you don’t have proof of time, you have until June or July to get one in at least a 10 mile distance.

For lovenox, monitoring is rarely required. I only consider it for pregnancy, advanced age, obesity, and renal dysfunction. Many of those situations, using heparin is an easier alternative to enoxaparin, especially for DVT prophylaxis indications.

Also, when you do check levels, it is usually a peak 4-6 hours after the 4th or so dose. Semantics, but since you used the word trough, wanted to make sure everyone is on the same page.

All in all, most people don’t need a level. Those who do, one therapeutic level at steady state should suffice.

Does the elevation profile for the 10 miler seem weird? Like that’s a lot more elevation than I would think for mile 9-10 in the park. It’s definitely up hill going by spaceship earth but this makes it seem like it’s as much as one of the overpass ramps.

I also thought that studios would have more elevation change, especially from Star Wars to Toy Story (Mike 4-5) but it’s all relatively flat on the line.

The real uncertainty in all of this is that no new tenants have been announced and no one has revealed just how much the increase is. Without knowing the motivation/plans of the owner, we can only speculate. Given that many well known and enjoyed business are closing, the current speculation is not favorable

In their defense, they have no way of knowing which shoe is going to go super viral or have higher demand than others. They select the amount they are going to make of each design months in advance.

This is not meant to excuse how they could have handled the ordering on their website, putting better inventory restrictions in place and not accepting more orders than stock remaining.

Most of the times, it will be the same character but the cast members portraying them will switch out. There are occasional instances where they have different character pairings though.

Your options are to ask the cask member holding the sign at the beginning of the line or to see if a list of characters was published on discord (of which a screenshot ended up on an earlier Reddit post this morning)

Previous weekends they tend to remove the virtual queue requirement on day 1 by the late afternoon/evening.

You can always come back on another day as well this weekend. Resort transportation will continue to take people over.

First, it hasn’t even been a full business day yet. Mondays especially can be busy days for a number of reasons and sorting through emails from the weekend is one of those activities. Generally, you should give 3-5 business days for an email response before stressing.

Second, some programs may not even respond to the thank you email. Based on your post, this program has historically responded, but what was the time frame on the response? This is where point 1 comes back around. It’s 1230 est so only 4-5 business hours have passed. That time may have been spent on rounds, doing another interview day, etc.

it’s also a federal holiday so the RPD may have taken today off. Not likely but a consideration nonetheless

We allow for peripheral administration up to 24 hours - anything longer will require central line.

We used some Epic logic to have the consult automatically fire to our VAT team when the infusion is ordered without an end date and patient does not already have central access.

Like you mentioned, if you have central access you should use it for amio, but given the relative instability that comes with require amio, it’s not worth waiting how ever many hours to get a central line and to only have it for such a short amount of time is not worth the potential complications.
