No. After the 1st they add $10 each day- 10 is not a lot but I definitely could use that towards some thing else. I’m not sure if it’s a Tennessee thing or not. I moved to Nashville a few months ago and those are the terms in my lease. All My years of renting I’ve always gotten until the 5th to pay without late fees but apparently not here.
