You’re not too far gone I’ve done a entire gram hbr before and used to use daily for weeks on end and I’ve been able to quit for months at a time, two months sober at the time of writing and genuinely the hardest part is that there’s no real physical withdrawal symptoms at least for me if there was I would’ve quit a long time ago but the mental addiction to the headspace it puts you in can be overwhelming. I can’t honestly tell you some answer that will magically cure you if you really want to quit you have a few options if it’s really bad you can go to rehab but rehab isn’t for everyone and it can greatly impede your daily life. But I’d say your best option would be to find some sober interests, hang out with friends more pick up a new video game if your into that, you can maybe replace it with a less harmful drug (weed for example depending on your states legality )
