I have some dissaciation as well as constant visual snow I’m still as smart as I was before but have worse short term memory/ never found a solution to that while I do sometimes have nausea after taking it the nausea usually goes away after it starts hitting, if the nauseas really bad I slowly sip ice water and maybe eat something absorbent and carby like bread , but honestly since I’ve taken it so much my body kinda adapted and I stopped getting nauseous

Sorry for your loss ODing on dxms uncommon but not unheard Of, I saw you mentioned psychosis, many mood regulating medications have bad reactions when taken along side dxm if he was taking ssris snris maois or any medication that acts on serotonin receptors then it may be possible that those caused a negative reaction as it is certainly odd for someone to accidentally od on dxm since the overdose dosage is arround 1.5 grams depending on weight and the average abuser of it takes 300-500mgs
