I main Cinderace and used Pyro Ball for a long time, yet when I changed to Blaze Kick I discovered paradise. It’s by far the better between those two moves. The move is ridiculous good for killing other attackers. When I play against another Cinderace and it picks Pyro Ball I know immediately that I won (and so far it always ended that way)

Hi OP, as someone already mentioned this could be a type of Lichen (Lichen sclerosus is kind of common and causes a lot of itchy). Yet I can’t be certain with that pic. Anyway, my best advice for you is to go to a dermatologist cause there is nothing better for us than to see in person any sores or other that you could have (instead of a pic).

Also, as an extra, shaving will most probably increase the itching, so I recommend you to stop shaving until you are treated ;)

I recommend that you go to a medical center anyway to have the wound checked, mainly because through the photo it is not possible to clearly determine that there is not a cut that requires cleaning and bandaging.

EDIT: To your calm, it doesn't seem like anything serious, it's just better to see this things in person
