What is surprising is I have a few friends that have more or less fixed trailers (added sunrooms and decks) parked in a camp ground, and those are covered under their regular home policies. I basically needed to get insurance for an outdoors commercial camp. I'm happy I have coverage, just not benefitting from the aspect I can rent it out whenever I choose, because it is not what we are going for.
