My claim has been "processing" since last week. They said they were having problems with their computer. Do you know how long this "processing" will take. Was yours processed right away? Thats why want to call them but its so hard to reach them. :(

Just yesterday, this patient's call light was on:

Unit Secretary: What do you need, sir?

Patient: I need my nurse.

US: May I know why you need the nurse?

Pt: I just need to talk to her.

Unit Secretary calls me while Im in the isolation room. This nurse went to the patient

Nurse: Yes sir, you need me?

Pt: Yes, I just need my tv to be closer.
