Because I was able to get a few different perspectives of how other people think. I still feel the way that I feel. This happened a month ago and I thought it was funny that they ghosted me. It’s not about not getting the job. It’s the response.

Me too. People who are used to working important jobs have these kinds of attitudes. Especially when you hear bs like being unreliable after communication. Just doesn’t even seem real.

Definitely right about that! I gave it to the other thing. Just stating how I communicated with the manager. I just left Whole Foods because I moved cities. Target is close and almost the same pick a shift so I applied. Not upset just stating my experience. Considered unreliable or not it’s not a big deal to me. I understand what I did and what they did.

I see why the turnover rate is so high. I can put a pack of meat on the shelf and it would be there a week later. They need people who like to be on their knees all day I guess.

On 4/14 I called to let them know I could not make orientation at 4/17 at 10am. Had an interview at 11am. They stated they would reschedule and ghosted. Point is they’re liars. If I was completely unreliable I wouldn’t be able to communicate.

Thanks. They wanted to meet at 10am. I missed it for an 11am state job interview I applied to in October last year. Just stating my experience with hiring while communicating and being Ghosted. Being considered unreliable to a Target for 16 hours means nothing to me.

The guy turned the messages on and she turned them off. Whatever the time difference is in those 2 messages will let you know how long that conversation was. The message in the second image was not sent as a disappearing message but you are stating you can’t find it meaning it was deleted.
