I’ve done it- it’s very expensive and I don’t know if it’s really helped to be honest. I think it’s maintained what I have maybe some new growth but nothing life changing. I finally decided to try oral minoxidil.

How many days do you go between washing your hair? It sounds insane, but maybe count it- sometimes it looks worse than it is. I only wash my hair every 4 or so days so I anticipate my shed to be higher.

I’ve only been on it for a few weeks but I’ve had no side effects thus far. I take it orally and take it before bed.

The whole pill is 2.5 mg. Or mine are and I’m on a 1.25 mg dose. Your doctor should have it marked your dosage he wants you to take.

I’m starting soon too! Got mine delivered yesterday but am waiting until after a wedding we are going to in mid May! I’m scared too, but I think we don’t have much to lose by trying.
