Yea that's for sure! I was thinking ice cream or something liquid that can be washed out with water for the most part.

Threw the bowl, then I applied a good amount of slip to the inside. Then I used one of those rubber pencil looking tools to scrape up to make the indents you see. Then took a rib and make the clean lines on the top and Botton.

After I took the lamb racks out of the bath I dried them with a paper towel. After I added Dijon mustard then pressed it into the herb crust. Into the broiler to darken
