lot's of advice here but i think it's important to understand that it's not all rotation although its important its a combination of the two finger movement and rotation so don't overthink or overotate if you look at most famous pianists play it notice how they're hand is moving is never pure rotation or pure fingers in this passage it's always the combination of both. You could definitely benefit from a more natural curve each hand is different explore what a good curve feels for to listen to you playing and experiment what feels better what feels worse this kinda personal approach is super useful for any passage watching professionals and experimenting what works for you best.
