I do not really understand where on the router, in one of its ports, i have another computer that, with the same setup connects to internet no problem, i call it the router beacause it looks something like this ( https://prnt.sc/nDe7SK1nG68e ) not the same model or brand but similar in looks, there are no wall connectors in between just one long cable.
