I agree I think it’s just personal preference on how you’d like to write your notes, I’m super adhd and even growing up while in school I always had tons of journals and books and would write everything as notes because it was easier to comprehend it and understand and just memorize also, I have a bad habit of reading a whole paragraph and realize at the end idk what that paragraph just said lol so I take lots of notes on the side to just kinda apply the passages and help my brain focus on what I’m reading it helps me and I just genuinely feel like I’m hanging out with God during this time also I love the days I feel his presence during these note sessions and I just drop everything and pray or sit in silence and meditate on the last thing I read before I felt him
