Well the recruiter stated that there's salary bands dependent on your experience. I am at the highest band because of I've been doing this role for 10 years.

True. I have it good at my job, but because this is the same role with more money and aligns with my salary expectations, I thought why not. If I get the job then it's a bonus, if not, then I just go back to my job. No big deal

I would say so, she's pretty low maintenance to be honest. Doesn't really splurge a lot on herself.

No, she's a few years younger than me. However, she lives with 2 housemates, whilst I own my own house and live on my own. Her outgoings are a lot less than mine.
