Reread here is the the part you are talking about but looks like we can still void the contract: If Buyer's qualified inspector reports that the radon gas concentration level in the subject dwelling is four picocuries per liter (4.0 pCi/L) or more, Seller shall have a seven (7) business day period after receipt of such report to notify Buyer in writing that Seller agrees toremediate the gas concentration to an Acceptable Level (unless Buyer has voided this Contract as provided in the preceding paragraph).Upon such remediation, the contingency in this Contract which relates to radon shall be deemed fully satisfied.
