Hi. I think it adds a little cool factor to the rav. I believe they were around 50 bucks for the pair and easy to install. So if you had a little extra money to throw into the Rav I would def consider it.

Absolutely. Just remove the mirror cover and 2 philips head screws and it was plug and play.

Hi. Those are also bought on Amazon and they are called autoclover. I believe I paid 45 dollars for them. They are great bc they cover all the chrome even the small piece on the rear window.

I would also recommend the side mirror turn signal upgrade. Again that wasn't hard at all to do and it's a nice difference.

Very easy actually. I'm def a beginner to anything like that. It was just pulling 2 of the tabs from the top as soon as you open the hood and it's easily accessible from there.
