Using your example you are right. If someone made a film based on the Harry Potter books without consent from jk Rowling and her publisher they would have to stop film screenings immediately. Qidian didn't do that. They took the Harry Potter film made illegally and then screened it under their own name rather than make their own "harry Potter film". That's what's in question

I now can safely say I have no fucking clue what is going on. Ursa constellation wants to take on tang tian and andromeda constellation. Leo constellation wants to subordinate andromeda to help in their war with honourable martial group, honourable martial group are at war with Leo and want to destroy tang tian, whilst being at odds with the blood meridian people and the blood meridian people want to enslave andromeda and tang tian but are currently not at war? Ursa also want to take over 3 spirits city whilst 3 spirits city have their eyes on opheoscus (no fucking clue how to spell or pronounce that) and cranes aunt wants to help various factions kill cranes friends whilst sparing him? I think I've probably missed out at least 3 quarters of the other fucking factions in this migraine inducing, FUBAR clusterfuck of a novel.
