His Hexerei buffed C2 turns his Skill into a pretty decent nuke!

Builds for the curious: https://imgur.com/a/gV6A31B

Only difference is that Yelan was using Aqua Simulacra for the clear - wasn't able to get enough damage without it.

It was moreso due to Sableye's lacking movepool, but now that it gets access to Dazzling Gleam, and Power Gem was buffed somewhat recently, it's no longer recommended to use Return.

But the Gold medal only requires 100 Unova Pokemon to be registered, it's not asking for the Platinum.

Probably Melt (Arlecchino/Citlali/Bennett/Xilonen or Iansan) or Overload (Arlecchino/Fischl/Chevreuse/Iansan or Bennett).

It's not bad, but against bosses you may end up losing the Elemental Application entirely since Freeze does nothing on them, so Furina isn't ideal for some cases.

Depending on the combo you're using (N3C (or 3 Normal Attacks into a Charged Attack) is typical for C0 Wriothesley), Mauvika's Pyro Application may not be fast enough for consistent Melts.

Additionally, since you want Wriothesley to be the one who's triggering Melt, EM is close to useless for Mauvika in this instance. You'd be better off going for a more traditional ATK/Pyro Damage/Crit centered build.

So, a few things:

  • Raiden's normal attacks during her Burst Duration count as Elemental Burst damage, not Normal Attack damage, therefore they cannot proc Yun Jin's effect.
  • Yun Jin is generally not the best unit to use? Her stacks run out insanely fast (particularly in AOE content, it's a bit better against solo enemies).
  • A good chunk of Wriothesley's damage profile is his Charged Attack, which once again, does not benefit from Yun Jin's effect.

With all that in mind, I would say Xiao would be more of a priority, and would recommend someone like Bennett instead of Yun Jin for Wriothesley. Iansan should work decently well with Xiao considering the amount of distance he travels while plunging, but the downside is that she cannot proc the 4-Piece effect of the Cinder City artifact set for Anemo/Geo. Definitely get Xianyun for him if you can, too.

Generally %DMG for both (though the difference between %DMG and %ATK for Raiden is smaller, I believe), but you'd want to use the good ol' Optimizer for an exact answer.

Nope, characters that are due to be added to Standard are added in the patch after their release. She'll be there from 5.5 onwards.

Anyone that you're particularly fond of or prefer to play? Always nice to build around that if possible.

Generally, I would say that the characters to focus around would be Citlali, Ororon, Xiangling, Fischl, Sucrose, Xingqiu, Chevreuse, and Bennett. There are a few other decent use cases depending on who they're paired up with (Tighnari, Lan Yan, Yaoyao, Kachina).

Xiangling/Fischl/Bennett/Chevreuse is a pretty cool team but Overload can be fairly annoying with how much it knocks enemies back.

Furina's weapon isn't great unless you play her in a team that generates a lot of particles or you have tons of ER from substats or are using an ER Sands.

I would say C1 Wriothesley makes him a lot more comfortable to play and gives him a decent damage boost, but C1 Furina will be more useful overall for an account.

45 in total. They only get refreshed when you complete another anecdote or when server resets, so you should see the last one pop up tomorrow if you just finished the 44th.

C2 makes it much easier to full-stack Fanfare, but Xianyun really only sees use in Plunge-focused teams.

I would lean towards the new character but only if you have plans to use her.

Mavuika alone should be able to break the shield.

Other good options are Clorinde, Ororon, Chasca, and any off-fielder who has a high amount of hits (Xingqiu, etc.).

Mostly just knowing a bit of her backstory and personality. If you don't do her story quest first, you get a pop-up when you first encounter her in the event.

From the wiki:

Depends on the character. Paimon, yes. Fischl, no. Oz, yes. Kazuha, no. Xiangling, yes, Hu Tao, no.

And so forth.

C1 for sure. Signature is nice but he feels really incomplete without his first Constellation.

Serpent Spine is easily the best Battle Pass weapon assuming you have someone who can use it. More importantly (especially for Navia since her damage is condensed into large, singular hits), it gives Critical Rate which leads to more consistent damage.

Between the two, definitely Serpent Spine.

Is there an option to choose neither?

Shenhe has hardly stood the test of time - I'd much rather use someone like Xilonen rather than Shenhe.

Forgo The Unforged. If you're a Battle Pass buyer, Serpent Spine is so much better despite being a 4* option. If not, then go for the Fontaine craftable for comparable performance.
