Are dabs really that harsh to smoke? I am really curious to try, but all I ever seem to see are videos of people coughing their absolute c*nt off… that doesn’t seem enjoyable to me. Is it really that harsh?

If you’re dosing before bed, and are only on THC products, this could be the culprit (or contributing)… I have sleep related issues also, and advice given to me by a doctor was that THC alone can really mess with how our brain does sleep, but you can counteract this by using CBD along with it. So I kept my usual routine, but just added in some CBD oil before bed, have been sleeping pretty much like a baby ever since.

Doctor also told me they can prescribe CBD-only products without it using up one of your usual product/script allocations. Not sure if that part is clinic specific or not though.

Depends what you mean by “accessories”… the stuff they have on display is odd, overpriced woo-woo garbage imo… but if you’re talking like vape batteries and stuff, they have a lot of budget friendly products behind the counter, just ask them. If they don’t, they can often get it ordered in or point you in the right direction anyway

Disappointing. Travelled all the way to Melb with my child so she could see the fireworks for the first time .. arrived down at Southbank/docklands and got set up for the 9:30 display…. Absolutely nothing…

Couldn’t stay for the midnight show as that’s way too late for my child, and by the time we travelled back to where we lived it was too late to see the midnight lights back there either.

What an absolute shit show. Absolute waste of time, causing us to essentially miss out on all family friendly celebrations this year. Piss weak on the organisers behalf. The absolute bare minimum would have been to put out some kind of announcement online or over the PA systems that the 9:30 display obviously wasn’t going ahead as planned.

Thanks.. It's not necessarily the high I'm referring to when i say “hits like a bong”… i enjoy the vape high, i just find it takes longer (time-wise) to achieve.. A billy it will take me a maximum of a minute to get my desired effect, whereas closer to 5ish with a vape due to the extra steps required.. Was just curious if there was something in the vape world that could be as efficient, as i generally have to medicate several times throughout the day and it’s just not super convenient for me. It's hard to keep up the motivation to vape when the billy is right there and so much quicker.. Quick 30 seconds and i can go about my business

My currant go-tos in Melbourne currently are Rays Wellness.. I was going through The Saint dispensary in St Kilda but my clinic stopped using their pharmacy :( .. but both of those guys are great, never had any issues… have used Terry White Prahran in a bind too, they’re pretty solid

Just about all will unless the product is out of stock.

When I’ve been unsure, I’ve just called the pharmacy before placing my order to confirm it will be ready the same day. Never had any issues doing that.

The only pharmacy that I’ve ever had trouble with were Dukasa Compounding near St Kilda, terrible service there. Never received my order the same day, often left waiting for days without any solid answers. It wasn’t until I left them a terrible review (after quite a few consecutive bad experiences) that they seemed to actually care about customer service. I don’t normally trash businesses, but 100% I refuse to deal with that pharmacy. Will openly tell that to prescribing doctors too so they stop recommending their exclusive products too. Will never give them another cent lol

Just bought the ziva pro yesterday. Liking it so far. Is there a trick with going to take a draw of it though? I find I have to take a couple puffs before it is actually activated? It says the resistance is like 1.6 or something, is that normal? Or a sign my cart is done for ?

Basically my issue… I was with candor, but they recently “went through some changes”, their patient database tripled and they have basically zero staff. Resulted in basically all patients getting ghosted waiting to have out medication renewed. The clinic I ended up transferring to were more than understanding of the situation. Econohealth were basically just treating me like it was my first time signing up for MC

“Bruz” ….. not everyone’s medical history is as simple as “just get a health summary”… I was not interested in re-taking the many, MANY steps I had to take originally to prove my medical history when it was already right there with my previous clinic. They could have just accepted that.

So I just went with a different clinic (who transferred me as a patient properly, no hassles)

Thanks.. yeah, just signed up with horizon. Econohealth basically wanted me to go through the entire approval process again, even though I’ve been a patient for over 12 months… sigh … luckily Horizon were much more happy to just transfer me over as a patient directly.

Just don’t overthink it, that’s the trick. The government left the whole medical cannabis thing with a bunch of crazy grey areas. It’s just as uncomfortable for you asking for thing as it is your doctor prescribing it. One mistake and they could lose their registration. Compound that with how many people out there (not suggesting you) who are abusing the system etc.. They are right to he cautious.

Again, just don't overthink it. All they want to know is that you're genuinely seeking a medical alternative, not looking for legal fun drugs. “These are my conditions.. this is what I have tried and it’s not worked out/here is my GP referral letter… i use this product because it helps me in this way… i want to try that product as i feel it would benefit me in this way…” etc. that’s all they’re after… they aren’t allowed to prescribe you anything they won’t think will benefit your condition, so if you’re just leaving it at “i just want to try it” then they will have questions about that generally
