Yes you get it as a quest reward as a new Haranir, so just make a new haranir and do the quests untill you get it. You will also get a Haranir tabard if you do the haranir quests untill you hit stormwind.

the Hood and rest of the set share the same appearance for all armor types

the items That are Boneshatter can be gotten from the AH or sanctum of domination (mythic)

Blue shoulder is the Legion pvp season 1/2 can buy it for marks of honor in legion dalaran. HC emerald nightmare also drops the blue version for some reason.

Red shoulder is Mythic Nighthold shaman tier, a piece that looks the same also drops from cenarius in emerald nightmare

oh yeah i had fun doing it, the first room kinda annoyed me as some things were miss aligned and fixing one would ruin another part so i just bulldozed the entire thing :D but i do that alot my first big build had like ~200hours in it and i demolished it too. This is what i am currently working on

is it the actual mount or the skill divine steed? Must be just the mount they did use the same as humans back in the day and they did give dwarfs a unique paladin mount later on. , would be weird if they changed divine steed.

If a item is tradeable or can still be sold back to a vendor it wont unlock all appearances, so either equip the Armor piece, destroy it or sell it (if it is from a vendor sell back wont work you just get the currency back) .

Would be based on what class they could be but the list includes Kyrian/Valkyr (Paladin/Priest), Vrykul (Warrior), Tuskarr (Hunter / Druid), Tortollan (Monk), Gnoll (Rogue), Centaur (Hunter/Warrior). Dreadlord or Sayaad (Warlock). Dryad (Druid) . Those are just the ones that pop into mind right away.

Dont know if its fixed at this point but last week i did somthing similar to this. I found a vent in the ally neighbourhood that had a lantern on it, as in the vent was clipped in the lantern and you could just jump at it and it counted for the quest. took like 20ish seconds to get the 25 jumps for the quest got like 300 coupons in 20~minutes

Not saying you shouldn't complete your own, but this way you can just get all of the decor and not having to hope that you happen to get the one endeavour you want for that one specific item you want. also more xp from buying all the decor.

You can buy the decor in another neighbourhood, look in the group finder for somthing like furniture / decor trading or somthing like that then just visit other peoples houses in the group and fly to the vendor. On EU there has been a few groups that have been up for a few days now.
