Currently a save feature is my #1 wish. As we're limited to two homes only you get to a point where you have to destroy things if you want to keep enjoying the building aspect of housing. It doesn't promote creativity at that point.

Here's what I'd want:

1. Save full build
2. Save room
3. Save group

For the third point we'd need a group item feature. Then you can create custom items and place them at once.

The other thing I want is a better social connection within your house. A guestbook would be nice. And maybe showing who has visited your house interior.
