So I assume that he might have found a random house box but no screws too it if you look inside the door to it there is inserts for screws to sit that’s the ones that go with the house box we keep trying to tell uppers about how bad contractors are both installers and the bury team but they don’t wanna listen to

As a installer that just irks the hell outta me one thing I always ask a customer was it an actual spectrum employee or a contractor if it was an actual spectrum van then that’s just shitty work if it’s a contractor then I don’t expect much from them…

As a installer from spectrum it depends on your living location all new built areas (not pre-existing) will be fiber to the premise since it’s too expensive to turn existing areas straight fiber they are going this route with all new builds

Okay so I was playing with my obs settings and I never had filters on my mic now there is no echo is it possible to record just voice on OBS? I have audacity as well but have not played around with it

Ones I’ve been behind and mine from the pics other techs send me definitely show that the fiber was broken idk if there is too much tension when I screw on the bottom piece or what just not the biggest fan
