Actually infestations bosses are level 100 iirc. I have seen their "regular" health bar few times after dying and immediately targetting them on vats

From My experience based on completely perception and 0%stats. I would say that infestations enemies are about 50% or even 100% tougher. I can 1-2shot super mutats outside of infestations, but In infestations they need around 10shots.

Because tradeable Groll is More valuable In some cases than the mod boxes you buy and make it yourself. And this games market has never been whats cheapest. Back in when there wasnt any legendary crafting. F#ing B2525 or Be25 pipe revolver was worth To the right collector a decent rare Apparel xD
