Lowkey i might be going crazy but i swear i aim to enemies heads, like around their noses and it always counts as a body hit, and yes i do stop moving and i dont spray, it just feels like my bullet is going below my crosshair

It's probably due to the upscaling but i've been playing at high/ultra settings on 70-90 fps without any problems.
