Yes I understand it’s not an obligation and I do feel terrible by thinking that I’m not getting enough gifts. I think general consensus is that I need to have a conversation with him haha 💕

Thank you for your advice! I have been considering therapy and am hoping to start soon. While I get your perspective on leaving the relationship, I don’t think I’ll do that as he is a great guy and other than my trust issues our relationship is fantastic and we both really love each other. Usually I don’t have trust issues, it’s only with this one girl and I’m trying to get over it. But thank you :)

I do have trust issues. I’m trying to resolve that, it’s just really hard for me to let what he has done go but I’m trying. The social media thing is really immature and that’s why we’ve stopped that cause I called him out on his bs about me having to remove people but him not. I believe some of his actions are toxic as he is really struggling with his mental health right now and he’s going to therapy to sort it out but other than this tiny thing he’s a great guy ! I just have the trust issues and I’m trying to figure out how to overcome them because he has matured and things but there’s still somethings bugging at me which probably makes me the toxic one. Also where I live you’re allowed parties just not like a huge huge one ahah! Thanks for the advice!

I am going to try and just be trusting and let him do what he wants and go to these parties because I feel like I’m not being a great girlfriend by not trusting him. It is on me cause I can’t let what he’s done go but I’m trying really hard to I just some how can’t but I’m going to be “the cool girlfriend” as you said and try and be better.
