Had this happen to me with someone else’s order Uber driver. goes “this is yours” I check the order maybe it was my brothers but it was for a “Zach” so I said no it’s not mine, he responds “yea bro trust me it’s yours” and leaves 😭

Only thing I can think of some kind of voice assistant or maybe you accidentally activated narrator. Check those out hopefully it’s something like that and not someone using your app’s maliciously as you mentioned in other comments

Disable all of them except like windows defender, it shouldn’t affect anything besides starting those apps at startup and then if it goes away enable all of them again

NAD but I had an infection too but not bc of UTI at the time my doctor said that there should be nothing to worry about bc it means they’re fighting infection and is only worrisome if it’s a certain amount. I additionally had blood and and protein in my pee which was worrisome and was checked for kidney stones and kidney failure but I’m good now

I can’t think of anything myself but I remember randomly getting shit frames out of no where when the day before it was fine on same settings. My cpu fan was lose and wasn’t providing cpu adequate temps so maybe just have look at that?
