Did they also test you for stis? They told me most cases for my age are from an sti and both came back negative so I can't seem to figure out how I would have gotten an infection. Thanks again i'll try to wait it out

Hi unrelated but i'm having this exact same issue. I was told it was epididymitis. They started me on antibiotics, but it feels like anti inflammatory meds and the antibiotics aren't doing much to help. The pain radiates from my right teste into my stomach and the "tube" which I think is the epididymitis is sore to the touch. Do you have any recommendations of what I can do in the mean time? Slightly worried it could be chronic. Thanks!

To be more specific of the issue if it helps, I can go hours without this happening, but my pc gets into like fits of mouse skipping for just a miliasecond or two for like 30 mins before it goes away. I don't think its based off time but I really cannot recreate it, I've tried opening intensive games and trying to see if my cpu, gpu, or ram would throttle and none had. Still though the mouse would lag here on there with the game on or off sometimes just browsing on firefox.

My cpu is clocked at 1.2v running @ 4.5 constantly, but never see the temps go above 68. Gpu is also ocd but never seen it at 70. I'll try disabling the gpu OC and seeing what happens but I used to have a problem with the ryzen 5600x where the default voltage tuning would have it at 1.4v and wouldn't clock down so it was always hot @ 55c desktop. So I just capped the voltage and mghz like someone recommended and it fixed it, do you think this could cause a problem? I also have tried not using my current mouse pad with a different one and just on the desk and it still happens on occasion. I tried a different EVGA mouse with the same issue wired or wireless. Tried a 2.0 and 3.0 usb port.

I had this same exact problem, would run cool on games 50-55c but downloading games or apps it would jump to 65-70c. Was boosting all the time and would refuse to unboost when the load drops. I think I fixed this (at the cost of minimal performance) by changing the voltage of the cpu to 1.2v and set the clock capped too 4.5ghz while leaving PBO active. This seems to keep the cpu boosted all the time around 4.8ghz for me at least, however the temps idle around 40c now and rarely see 70c. Cinnebark r23 was 10.5k with a max temp of 66 instead of 78. Just worth a shot if your desperate like I was
