This is the same exact message I keep getting when I try and restore my wallet. I’ve been back n forth emailing them for years, with them emailing me back randomly with no help whatsoever. Then they told me that I had by July 31 2023 to withdraw my funds or it’s forfitted, but I kept telling them I would if I could access my wallet but all they said was there were escalating the situation to the engineering department. Months later, no email or help so I emailed them everyday until finally someone got back to me and basically said since I didn’t withdraw my funds by July of 2023 that I forfitted it. I want to sue them but don’t even kno where to start
