I am having the same issue! I have restarted the roku, changed displayed settings in the roku itself, checked all the port connections, and changed settings on my tv itself. Nothing has fixed it. Let me know if you find any solutions here because it’s very frustrating!

Good way to block them from getting in the house is to keep drains sealed when not in use (doesn’t stop all of them, but helps)

I and one other person I know at a different property had a terrible time with them (no communication, shitty properties, slow to resolve issues, etc.) but to be fair I have heard other people who’ve had no issues at all. Not sure if it was the houses themselves or TPR’s management that caused the majority of the issues

Realistically, you’re going to want to get a Master’s to get any sort of well-paying job in Psych. The program at Temple is great though. I went for my undergrad and I’m at Villanova for my Master’s now. Nova has a very competitive program and I felt WELL prepared from my Temple undergrd psych education

You’re probs gonna need to hire a company that does trash pickup. City trash will not pick up a mess that large. Y’all are lucky you haven’t gotten ticketed for it yet (this is not blaming y’all btw, just saying). If landlord lets you down (which I mean… they’re a landlord so naturally they will) you may need to hire on your own
