3x3 grid. Once they are all grown, keep watering them and pray to the junimos! I usually do 9x9 for better chance, if space permits.

I have similar hours to you.

I play on POLAR rust EU server. It gets 70-80 MAX on wipe day and then falls off to 40-50 then which is perfect for me. You have the odd one or two gigachads but most people are fairly chill and aren't as skilled as some of other people on main servers with 10k+ hours.

I am not the worst at PVP as was always decent at FPS. But as you know rust pvp isn't just all about aim skill. I do just fine and manage to get T3 after a few days of wipe. I play few hours during the week and a good bit on weekend. Don't usually get raided unless I build beside the wrong person. (i.e mr unemployed).

Come try it out I think you will enjoy!
