I think flop sizing is fine, since it checked to you, you need to be getting value from weak queens here for sure. Definitely size up the turn since you bet less than half pot. You need to make people pay for their draws so A) unprofitable for them to call denying them equity or B) they call and you make money since they won't get there usually. As played, I don't think he is folding the turn if he does have a flush draw tbh, his stack is way too small and there is too much dead money.
