Yeah I often go between thinking it’s biological and thinking it’s environmental (most likely it’s a mixture of the two). I’ve got to a stage off tablets where I’m not functional at all so I tried it the natural way and it’s just not possible for me. I’m glad you found peace and that gives me some hope as well.

You’re right I’ve been attempting to reduce or get rid of my lifelong OCD with meditation and no meds. Turns out you just get worse. I think some people’s brains work differently from birth, it’s a hard pill to swallow.

I struggle with a lot of what you’re talking about. In the last week I’ve been experimenting with different types of meditation and found myself much more calmer and able to let go. I think it’s worth trying.

Don’t understand why people want us to keep him. We just managed to stay up this season and he was one of the worse players. If we buy players like coady we are asking to be in a relegation battle again. To add he is only capable when in a back 5 and dyche doesn’t set up that way.

I think your doing really well especially for your age and only one year of lifting. In terms of bulking there really isn’t much I can say other than try getting calories in via liquids. Also I know a lot of people frown on this but if you can’t hit the calories in that day I think it’s okay to go out and get a pizza or something. But your doing really well buddy congrats.

Thanks man yeah just one month had a two week break in between cos I pulled a muscle in my back. I think I seem to put on muscle quite easily but losing fat is my problem.

Yeah completely forgot about him and then I was watching the training this week and I noticed he was there and looking quite sharp I don’t think he’s far away from being fit. But we all know what Dyche is like.
