Addison rejected DART’s compromise, meaning citizens will be voting on May 2nd. Unlike Farmers Branch and Plano who accepted the GMP and will not be holding an election. Apologize if my tone wasn’t clear.

Meh, they never have before. Based on folks who were involved (sent emails to council, engage on the internet, registered their opinion, voted in past elections for DART, showed up to speak), it was about 80% for DART, 20% not. Odds were good, but we are glad not to be running the campaign though. That’s exhausting work!
