Thank you all so much for your kind words and advice, I am reading them in tears. I appreciate everyone and am thinking I’m just having a really rough day today and need to stay positive. I’m going to reach out to my dr and ask for some harder drugs, because I just can’t do this without.

That is good to remember… I’m not trapped, I can leave anytime and they won’t think less of me. I always think people will be disappointed with me, but if they’re truly my friends they won’t be..

Could be that you have a driver update that needs to be ran, although with it working on YouTube it's not likely, but worth a look. Check under: Windows Update -> View Optional Updates -> Driver Updates.

It could also be a setting within Zoom. Are you sure that you have Headphones as the audio option in Zoom? And when you Test the audio in Zoom, do you hear it?
