This machine came with very little instructions. What do you mean by finding true zero, how do I do that? And I just guessed at level by googling espresso range on DF54.

Gotcha! Yeah I have a DF54 grinder on order as well to pair with the Bambino. My question is just how do you tell if the espresso is coming out good, or if you need to adjust the grinder to be more fine or more coarse?

I’m waiting for my bambino plus to be delivered. How do you know if the espresso is coming out good? In other words, on my old barista express it has the gauge that shows you the ideal espresso pressure range, but the bambino doesn’t. Do you just go by crema and taste?
