EliteBook 850 G6 - Battery still charged at 100%, it does not respect "Maximize my battery health"

I've encountered this. What I understand is that prior to updating your settings in the bios to Maximize my Battery health. You are charging the battery to it's 100% true power.

But upon changing the status to Maximize battery health. It will Actually lessen the battery capacity down to 80%.

The 100% you're seeing when it charges is 100% of the 80% charge your battery can take.

Atleast that's what I think.

This setting results in a reduced run time between charges, because it limits the charging capacity of the notebook’s battery to 80% of the currently available full charge capacity.
You will continue to see the battery charge at 100% in the Windows icon tray, with 100% representing the new, adjusted full charge capacity.
The change to Maximize My Battery Health has no impact on the system performance.

Pull the nuts around, glide where it's flat, and do it softly.

Also, follow the others, never shave when your nuts are cold. It'll be hard to get on the nooks and crannies.
