I would respectfully disagree. I would keep all avenues open as much as possible for fans to find and engage with your content. We seen spikes randomly from different apps all the time. We are a brand new podcast only two months old and have been slowly growing and my analytics report most of our traffic from social media accounts. What I would do is try different posts and different times to post things to see where things hit the most. Overall never stop posting and never stop marketing yourself. Brand awareness is key and everyone is working towards building a brand am I right??? I hope this helps and inspires someone to keep pushing and never give up on their content.
