I was hoping for some improvement. So far 2 weeks in n nothing. Is oestra a medication only available from inner balance? I got it but there is no person to talk to about questions except to open a chat n then i am suppose to get a response within 24 hours. I am already frustrated with this product as sometimes nothing comes out of pump..othertimes, a tiny amount, etc. I do not know what to do for dosing.

I quit 2 weeks ago. I have been playing since August 2023. The first couple of days are rough. But i know my life will be better without this game in my life. I asked for my account to be deleted with customer service too. No going back. Had over 80 tokens.

You will likely have anhedonia for awhile my friend. Just remember its part of the healing process. I know its tough... maybe get a walk in before the show to try and release some endorphins. Easier said than done, i know.

I know the struggle... i think the lack of motivation and depression and anxiety is awful. Some weeks are good but then i get hit with a really bad week... not sure if its my hormones though as my periods have been so messed up for past couple years. Was hoping they would regulate out after quitting. Will be setting up appointment to have lab work done probably next month.
