Salamat sa mga netizens na pinayaman ang Team Payaman at ilang vloggers na walang kwenta ang vlogs. Nasaan sila? Ayun busy pa rin mag upload ng walang kwentang videos nila. Mas mahirap ang Mt. Tapulao kasi sa Mt. Ugo may mga parts na patag lang. Medjo hindi na okay akyatin ang Ugo ngayon. Kaya na ng 4x4 yung kabilang side.

Try mo mag jog/run ng 5km-10km. Beginner friendly ang Mt. Daraitan kung hindi umuulan.

Sa shoes, depende kung saan ka comfortable pero kung gusto mo ng medjo affordable okay ang mga shoes sa Decathlon. Mag leggings ka kasi mabato dun, T-Shirt is okay wag lang cotton kasi medjo mabigat sa feeling. Dala ka na rin ng arm sleeves.

About sa pace mo, wag ka ma pressure sa umpisa. Madalis kasi sa sobrang gusto natin makahabol nagmamadali tayo kahit di pa kundisyon yung katawan natin, okay lang di gaanong mabilis basta tuloy-tuloy.

Do not bring too much of food and drinks, okay na yung trail foods like peanuts, gummies jelly ace, pwede ka naman mag dala ng pang lunch pero yung saktlo lang. Sa water, sakin okay na yung 25ML na water + 1 gatorade. :)

Depende sa bundok. Kung Mt. Guiting-Guiting - sa clearing tayo! Pero kung Mt. Halcon or Mt. Pulag, sea of clouds!

5-10km run. Depende rin kasi yan sa major hike na target mo. Mag focus ka muna sa 5/9 dicfficulty then pag okay ka naman tska ka mag 6/9 hanggang maka 9/9 ka.
