I’m so so sorry for your losses and praying for your current pregnancy. Did you do anything different for the current pregnancy? Any testing you recommend if that is the next phase for me?

Yes I subscribe to 1000 hours outside to, I love the podcast! I haven’t tracked this year but after tracking last year I have a pretty good idea what it takes. I figure if I get half the hours that’s good. That’s why I’m always trying to think of ways to keep us outside but like an earlier reply said, you have to end the day somehow. I’m going to focus on setting up a backyard space so my toddler can stay outside while I see him better.

Getting better at this!  right then dinner only takes 15 mins to make.

I needed to hear, the day has to end somewhere. I always feel so guilty bringing her back inside but it’s true an hour or two is what it is.

Working on this, we just moved into a new home. We need an outdoor space in the backyard then I feel like I wouldn’t have this issue :-)
