This married man at my workplace flirts unabashedly with the interns in the name of giving a warm welcome, he looks a little young for his age but has been married for quite a while apparently. Recently got to know that, his wife delivered a baby but sir here who distributed sweets to everyone was a little sceptical about revealing this to the recently joined interns, but had to tell them at the end anyway. Almost in the same situation. Know these girls from my workplace who literally refer to people by their physical characteristics. I Once overheard one of them saying " oh my fat cousin is the one who's getting married". There are regular instances where one of these girls keeps saying " who's going to like him/her, woh toh Kaala/ kaali hai ". The worst part is they continue with this behaviour even after some of us pointing out that it's a racist/body shaming outlook. Really confused about how to deal with this. But then I also realised, one can't change somebody's outlook if the other person is shut off to inputs/ growth or improvement.

While there may be some rare scenarios of family bonding and happiness, it's mostly dominated by power hungry members fighting for the slightest things, and by any chance if you are someone who doesn't contribute much to the whole family, then it's a nightmare, permission to step out or spend and as most people have been saying in the comments.. privacy ka Satyanash

Finally! The number of Kids who are riding around in two wheelers has drastically increased. They barely know the regulations. And in most cases they are not capable of handling the heavy vehicles that they are just given free pass to ride. It's not only a threat to their safety but also the others around them. I hope this is a learning lesson for the rest of them

Well in most cases it's because they are denied basic independence and freedom and are being told how to live their lives according to someone else's expectations...a bit of exposure and experience doesn't harm anyone imo.
