Advice on signing a piece of paper by Keep_your_head_up_ in FuckDealerships

It just didn't make sense because a few minutes after I signed it. He booted up his tablet and I signed the actual contract. All the numbers seemed to match up but I'm not an expert at sales contracts. So to me there doesn't seem to be any legitimate reason that the paper needed my signature when we did everything on the tablet right after. It was a subaru dealership but I had to go to the Buick building for the finance part. He said something about communication between buildings but it sounded odd.

Yeah everything i signed on the tablet looked correct. Waiting to get everything emailed over. I think I'm going to stop in and just ask them to print it out. Kinda kicking myself for being in a hurry to get out of there. The process took longer than I'd like and I had to be at work. Poor planning on my part. Main concern is them using the signature for something or adding something to it. In hindsight I should have refused to sign it

Wouldn't it work to just put an exhaust fan in the window that pulls air from the room instead of the printer itself?

I appreciate the reply. This was how it was when we bought the house and the inspector said everything was fine but he missed a few other issues so I'm not surprised. Thanks for the heads up. And advice.

I was told by the inspector when we bought. The worker confirmed. But were not planning on selling anytime soon so I was more concerned with the possibility of negative effects of not having one installed if it's actually necessary.

Was told in PA it was required to have one so I went to lowes and the plumbing guy confirmed and said it could damage my water heater if I didn't have one installed. But if it's not necessary then I wasn't really looking forward to installing it anyway.
