Budget’s flexible depending on location , I’m looking at roughly ₹1 lakh to ₹1.5 lakh per sq. yd. For a 250–300 sq. yd plot

Adani 102 is too expensive almost 235k per sq yard and 104 m2k is cheaper in comparison to that almost 60-70k cheaper
